Home Styling Baleares S.L. As of March 2026 1. Scope These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between: Home Styling Baleares S.L. Calle Palma No. 23, Nave 1A 07630 Campos, Mallorca, Spain (hereinafter "Company") and their customers (hereinafter "Customer"). These GTC apply to both: • Consumers (B2C) and • Entrepreneurs (B2B) Conflicting conditions of the customer do not apply unless the Company expressly agrees to them in writing. 2. Subject of the contract The Company provides the following services in particular: 1. Interior design services (concept, planning, design, advice, styling) 2. Sale of goods (furniture, lighting, decoration, and furnishings in-store or on request) 3. Project management and procurement (organization, ordering, coordination, delivery, and installation of goods) These services can be provided individually or in combination. 3. Conclusion of the contract A contract is concluded through: • Acceptance of an offer (written or oral) or • Engagement by the customer in-store, by email, or otherwise All offers are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. 4. Interior design services The Company provides creative and planning-related services. In this regard: • Design services are subjective and do not guarantee success • Visualizations, drafts, and samples are for illustration and may vary from the final implementation • Changes due to technical, design, or delivery-related circumstances are reserved 5. Procurement, in-house collection, and third-party suppliers The Company offers both products from its own or affiliated collection (especially "Prerana") and from third-party suppliers. 5.1 Products from own or affiliated collection The "Prerana" collection products are made or sourced by the Company itself or by affiliated partner companies. These products are particularly characterized by a high design standard and may be: • Handmade • Made from natural materials • Produced as unique pieces or in small series Variances especially regarding: • Color • Material structure • Surface • Dimensions are characteristic and not considered defects. This applies in particular to: • Unique pieces • Custom-made products • Individually configured products 5.2 Products from third-party suppliers The Company procures products from third-party suppliers for projects. The Company assumes: • Selection • Coordination • Ordering The Company is not the manufacturer of these goods. 5.3 General product variances Product images, samples, and visualizations are for illustration purposes. Variances are possible, especially due to: • Material properties • Artisanal manufacturing • Natural variations • Technical representations Such variances are not considered defects if they are industry standard. 6. Prices and payment terms All prices are in euros including statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Additional costs (e.g., delivery, assembly, transport) are charged separately. Payment terms: • For product orders: at least 50% deposit • For projects: payment plan as per offer • Final payment before delivery or installation The Company is entitled to withhold services until full payment is received. 7. Delivery and deadlines Deliveries and deadlines are by agreement. All deadlines are non-binding unless expressly confirmed as binding. Delays may occur due to: • Suppliers • Production • Transport • Force majeure • Project-related circumstances The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control. 8. Storage of goods / Storage costs As part of projects, the Company stores goods for the customer. Storage is free for up to two (2) months after goods receipt. In case of delays on the customer side (e.g., construction delays), the following conditions apply: • From the 3rd month, storage costs are charged • Billing is done monthly based on storage area Storage costs: Storage area - Price per m² / month 1 – 5 m² - 60 EUR 6 – 10 m² - 55 EUR 11 – 20 m² - 50 EUR over 20 m² - 45 EUR The Company is entitled to invoice these costs monthly. 9. Transfer of risk The risk passes to the customer: • Upon delivery: upon handover • Upon collection: in-store or at warehouse 10. Retention of title The goods remain property of the Company until full payment. 11. Right of withdrawal (Consumers) Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal according to EU law. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: • Custom-made products • Individually ordered goods • Sealed goods once opened 12. Return and cancellation Returns are only possible by individual agreement. Exchanges are excluded for: • Special orders • Unique pieces • Goods already used or installed In case of cancellation, incurred costs may be charged. 13. Project changes and termination Changes after awarding the contract may cause additional costs and delays. In case of project termination by the customer: • All services rendered are payable • Ordered goods must be fully paid • Deposits are non-refundable 14. Warranty The statutory warranty rights apply. 15. Liability The Company is liable: • Unrestricted in cases of intent and gross negligence • For damages to life, body, or health For ordinary negligence only for breaches of essential contractual obligations. 16. Copyright and usage rights All designs and concepts remain the property of the Company. Usage is only permitted after full payment. 17. Reference use The Company may use projects for marketing purposes unless legitimate customer interests oppose. 18. Data protection The separate privacy policy applies. 19. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction Spanish law applies, taking into account mandatory EU consumer protection regulations. The place of jurisdiction is – as far as permissible – the seat of the Company. 20. Final provisions Should a provision be invalid, the remainder remains valid.
