Beach House Es Trenc
This project showcases the interior design of a villa near Es Trenc in Mallorca, focusing on open spaces, natural materials, and a relaxed, family-oriented living concept.

A short walk from Es Trenc, this house is designed for a simple, fluid daily rhythm — barefoot through the morning, long evenings outdoors. At the centre is the double-height living and dining area with a large skylight. Three woven rattan lights hang low over the raw oak table. Behind it, the white kitchen with a black stone worktop — clear, calm, restrained. Light concrete floors, a patterned vintage runner, and a few wooden objects add measured accents without crowding the space. With the glass sliding doors open, the interior extends outside. The covered terrace becomes an outdoor living room. A long teak dining table, woven pendant lights and wicker chairs. Completed by a lounge with rope armchairs in sand and grey tones, a wooden ceiling fan and views of the garden with pool. The living room stays deliberately pared back. A large corner sofa, black metal side tables, two dark wood reliefs and a rustic sliding gate on a track. Modern, without feeling cold. The bedrooms follow the same line. Linen fabrics, raffia mirrors, open wooden shelves and jute rugs create a calm, coherent atmosphere. The primary suite opens to the living area with a glass front and connects the levels of the house in a restrained way.
