The living room has a calm, understated atmosphere. A deep modular sofa, a large-format relief and a few carefully placed objects define the space. Much of the floor area is left open on purpose. The bedrooms continue this clarity. Linen tones, pared-back materials and selected metal accents create a quiet, cohesive setting. Outside, different areas serve different uses. The porch with light sofas beneath a thatched roof, the outdoor kitchen with pale wood and structured light fittings, the pool house as a relaxed retreat right by the natural stone wall. The pool, cabanas and palms blend in naturally. Everything feels calm, considered and in tune with the place.
