Estate Felanitx
This project presents the interior design of a renovated finca in Felanitx, Mallorca. Focus on preserving natural stone, wooden beams, and terracotta floors with a restrained, authentic style.

Natural stone walls, old wooden beams and terracotta floors were deliberately preserved. The interventions remain restrained and leave the house its original character. Inside, warm sand tones, exposed stone walls and soft, indirect light along the ceiling beams set the tone. A deep camel linen sofa, paired with a simple wooden coffee table on black metal legs — calm and balanced. The dining area sets a clear accent. Grey Chesterfield chairs and a large black industrial pendant light with a gold-coloured interior give the room presence. Through the arched window, the view opens to the garden, to a table with rattan chairs beneath old olive trees. The bedrooms are kept pared back. Grey upholstered beds, classic wooden base lamps and carefully chosen textiles create a quiet atmosphere. The bathroom forms a deliberate contrast. Dark green wall tiles, wooden mirror frames and black cone pendant lights feel contemporary, yet sit together naturally. The outdoor area is divided into different zones. The large porch with a raw oak table and lanterns for the evening. A lounge in the shade of the olive trees for the afternoon. The pergola with a thatched roof and teak lounge sofas in a light blue-grey for the morning. Dry-stone walls, mature trees and the pool blend in with ease. Everything feels calm, considered and coherent.
