Private residential property
Beach House Ses Covetes
This project presents the home styling of a penthouse in Ses Covetes, Mallorca, with a focus on light-filled spaces, microcement, natural materials, and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor areas.

In Ses Covetes, right on the coast, the rhythm of the day is set by light. In the morning, it reflects in the water; in the evening, it returns there. The large sliding glass doors open the view to the distance. The terrace, with its solid timber beams, connects directly to the interior. Inside and outside flow into one another. The choice of materials supports this openness. Light microcement floors reflect the light and bring calm to the room. Oak fronts in the kitchen add warmth, while remaining understated. Above the dining table, two large woven lights made from natural fibres hang. Soft in form, with a quiet reference to the surrounding vegetation. In the stairwell, a deliberate contrast emerges. Hand-painted tiles in yellow and blue on the risers, a curved white handrail and a sculptural shell lamp create a distinct accent. A calm nod to the island. The bedrooms are kept simple. Linen fabrics, clear forms, subdued light. Rooms that are intentionally quiet.
