Finca Interior Design Llucmajor

One immediately senses that this house is more than a renovation. The choice of materials and furniture follows a clear line that runs consistently through all rooms. Inside, warm sand tones, light natural stone and wood shape the overall impression. The dining area opens generously to the kitchen. A long oak table, cream-upholstered chairs and rattan chandeliers create a calm, balanced atmosphere. Adjacent to it, the kitchen counter with twisted teak bar stools and black pendant lights forms a clear, coherent transition. In the living area, this restraint continues. Woven teak armchairs with footstools, a large white wall relief and an old pine cabinet as a quiet accent. Few elements, chosen with care. The outdoor area is also clearly arranged. On the porch, a long table of bleached wood beneath large pendant lights, complemented by wicker chairs with light cushions and a bamboo canopy bed with airy curtains. On the natural stone terrace by the pool, teak lounge chairs with sand-coloured upholstery, dark metal tables and a thatched roof providing shade. The master bedroom is the most distinctive room in the house. A freestanding canopy bed with a carved headboard beneath large pearl chandeliers. Alongside it, a white linen sofa with cushions in cream and taupe. Dark, old sliding doors on rails and dried grasses add to the quiet materiality. The bathroom is finished in warm sand-coloured plaster, combined with turquoise metal pendant lights and open shelving. A house with a clear attitude, quietly realised and coherent in itself.
