House of Columns

This project showcases the home styling of a modern house in Mallorca, focusing on reduced materials like concrete and wood, clean lines, and precise contemporary space design.

Villa Llombards Interior Design Mallorca

The first impression is clearly defined. Two old column portals, a heavy mirror, a raw wooden bench. Black metal ring pendant lights complete the setting. White, concrete and aged wood form the calm base. The living area opens fully to the outside. White modular sofas, a horizontal slatted wood wall with integrated TV and two silver relief panels create a restrained, precise composition. The kitchen and dining area flow into one another. A long island in white marble. In front, a dining table on black metal bases with grey upholstered chairs. Completed by an old wooden sideboard with ring fittings and two rattan lamps - a deliberate material contrast. The bathrooms are finished in light sandstone. Freestanding bathtubs, recessed wall niches with indirect light and precisely placed chrome fittings underscore the clear design. Outside, the same line continues. A teak dining table with white cord chairs, and a generous linen sofa with a teak frame right by the pool. Palms, open views and the warm evening light falling through the large sliding doors into the house. Calm, open and harmonious.
