Private residential project

Son Olivo Estate

This project presents the interior design of a finca near Santanyí in Mallorca, with a focus on natural stone, oak wood, restrained colour palettes, and a clear, calm spatial composition in harmony with the landscape.

Interior Design Finca Santanyi Mallorca

The house sits quietly among old olive trees, set within the landscape of Santanyí. The design is clear and restrained, with a clear sense of connection to its surroundings. The dining area forms the centre. A long table, black pendant lights and the exposed natural stone wall give the room structure and depth. The materials and proportions feel balanced. Nothing takes precedence. The kitchen introduces a deliberate contrast. Dark surfaces meet light stone finishes, complemented by fine brass details. Functional in conception, precise in execution. The living room has a calm, understated atmosphere. A deep modular sofa, a large-format relief and a few carefully placed objects define the space. Much of the floor area is left open on purpose. The bedrooms continue this clarity. Linen tones, pared-back materials and selected metal accents create a quiet, cohesive setting. Outside, different areas serve different uses. The porch with light sofas beneath a thatched roof, the outdoor kitchen with pale wood and structured light fittings, the pool house as a relaxed retreat right by the natural stone wall. The pool, cabanas and palms blend in naturally. Everything feels calm, considered and in tune with the place.
